Rachels Mediterranean Grill  |  2020-2023

In leading the marketing efforts at Rachel's Mediterranean Grill, our team focused on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across 17 locations to maintain a cohesive brand image and engagement. One of my key projects was leading a digital rebranding initiative that aligned with our goal to refresh the brand's presence and reach in the market.

Among the projects I'm most proud of is the successful full end to end process of creating a brand new online ordering system, mobile app, and lovely customer loyalty program.

These initiatives were central to enhancing our digital footprint and facilitating deeper customer interaction with the brand.

Our strategy was centered around a combination of fresh, innovative design that highlighted the brand's devotion to fresh ingredients, alongside fostering strategic partnerships, all aimed at rejuvenating Rachel's digital footprint. We focused on enhancing the brands engagement with customers, ensuring uniformity across all locations, platforms, digital presence and reflecting the company's core values. This initiative extended beyond the mere visual and technical facets of a rebranding effort to include a purposeful launch into new markets, exemplified by our expansion into 8 more locations.

The development and rollout of the online ordering system and mobile app were particularly significant undertakings. These projects demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure they met our objectives of improving customer experience and engagement. The positive reception to the app, marked by over 1,500 five-star reviews within its first six months, was a testament to the effectiveness of our digital strategies.

The team's commitment to digital innovation and customer-centric solutions was at the heart of these projects. By emphasizing operational scalability and strategic brand positioning, we managed to not only meet but often exceed our project goals, setting a new benchmark for success within the fast-casual dining sector.

ACCOUNT MANAGER, LEAD

Before Adriana made significant waves in the digital realm with Rachel's Mediterranean Grill, she meticulously refined her expertise as a Lead Account Manager at GiveSmart. In this role, she emerged as the primary strategist for high-profile nonprofit accounts, developing and executing personalized strategies that consistently surpassed client expectations. This position was not just a job; it was a masterclass in building enduring client relationships, delivering unparalleled customer service, and driving software adoption among a diverse clientele.

Her responsibilities at GiveSmart taught her the importance of maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients throughout their lifecycle. This experience instilled in her a continuous learning mindset, essential for staying ahead in the fast-paced digital marketing world. By sharing best practices and solutions, Adriana not only ensured client satisfaction but also facilitated their success, contributing to their missions in meaningful ways.

Moreover, Adriana's experience at GiveSmart underscored the value of meticulous organization, follow-up, and the ability to build trusting, long-term relationships.
