​→ Strategy: We boosted our post frequency and variety to encourage more discussions and engagement. For instance, we now focus on sharing a wide mix of content, like high-quality professional photos and videos instead of relying on quick organic in-store content.

Impact: Engagement rates surged by 37.6%, a direct result of strategic content planning and community involvement.

CHALLENGES 

Adapting to algorithmic shifts proved challenging, impacting our content's visibility. By diversifying our content types and increasing our ad spend, we successfully navigated these changes, maintaining our growth momentum.
